Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservation

Charge 50% of the booking as deposit.

Check in is 12PM and check out is 12PM.

Cancellation

$20 cancellation fee with full refund if more than 7 days notice.

Charge 1 night less than 7 days notice.

No show: keep site for 1 day, no refund.

No refund on long weekend cancellation.

Yes. Osborne Bay Resort offers separate summer and winter RV rates, and rates may vary by site type and length of stay.

Are monthly RV stays available?

Yes. Monthly RV stays are available year-round, subject to availability. Rates vary by season, so please contact us for current monthly RV rates.

Is a deposit required when booking an RV site?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to confirm an RV site reservation.

What is your cancellation policy for RV site reservations?
