A deposit of $25 for overnight stay, or the cost of the first night
if you are staying longer,
is required to make a confirmed reservation. If you cancel your
reservation at least
2 weeks prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in
full.
After this time a 25% booking fee will be retained.
No-shows will lose their deposit
